Trackabeast Is Affordable
Trackabeast is billed as a service by the month. The first month is provided free as a trial. Following that, we charge $25/month to groups that handle up to 100 animals per year. Each 200 animals above that add $10 to the monthly price (as shown in the table). There is no set-up fee and no charge for entering historic data.

Rewards for Referrals
Referrals are rewarded with 3 months of Trackabeast service for free. As soon as the group you referred has paid for 3 months, you will receive a credit on your next bill (or bills). Referrals of 10 groups will result in a completely free, lifetime Trackabeast account. Be sure to tell your referrals to let us know you referred them.
Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by PayPal or check. The PayPal link and the address to which to send checks will be provided on the invoice which you’ll receive a few weeks into your free trial.
Can we pay on a different schedule?
Most of our customers pay every 6 months in advance. We can also bill you monthly, 3 times a year, or quarterly. Let us know what your preference is.
Do you offer refunds?
If there's anything we can do to improve your experience, please don't hesitate to contact us. However, if you pay in advance but stop using Trackabeast during that time, the unused portion will be refunded.
