following:
1. You are the author of the work submitted and you hereby assert your
copyright to the submitted text.
2. The work is an original work of fiction authored by you and contains
nothing that is libelous or defamatory or that violates any copyright
of any
other.
3. The work is not under contract or pledged to another and you can
enter
into a publishing contract with Boaz Publishing Company should you so
desire.
4. You will accept the decisions of the judges and of Boaz Publishing
Company with respect to prize winners and to entrance qualifications.
